Service Families
Being part of a service family brings its own opportunities and challenges. Through whole school events, such as Month of the Military Child and Remembrance Day, we value the contributions of the military and give service children the opportunity to share their own experiences of being part of a service family.

Month of the Military Child 2021
April is the month of the Military Child! We celebrated by inviting children from service families to bring in items or photos about being a military child. The children really engaged with the day and it was fantastic to see so many different items, uniforms and even information PowerPoints! Children were also invited to bring in dandelions to create our very own Dandelion Garden for our Military Children. Did you know that the dandelion is the flower of the military child?
