  • Green sweatshirt or cardigan with school emblem
  • Green gingham checked dresses

Footwear

All school shoes (including Rowan and Holly class's “indoor shoes”) should be black with a strap or fastenings of either Velcro, buckles or laces. School shoes should not be trainers, boots, open-toed sandals, novelty shoes with flashing lights, ballet slippers or pumps. “Outdoor footwear” (for Rowan and Holly classes) may be trainers, shoes, boots or wellies as appropriate for the weather. Children should be able to remove, put on and fasten their shoes independently.

PE Kit

Plain white or bottle green t-shirts (not school polo shirts) with plain black, white or grey shorts; non-marking trainers and short white socks; leggings or tracksuit trousers with a green or grey sweatshirt (for cold weather)

Please be aware that plimsolls are no longer considered suitably supportive for sporting activities. Children may do some activities indoors in bare feet.

Bags

Because of space restrictions, drawstring bags should be used for PE kit rather than rucksacks please. Drawstring bags and book bags with the school logo are available from the School Office.

Jewellery

Children may wear watches in school at their own risk. Alarms must be turned off so that they do not disturb lessons.  Only stud earrings can be worn in school.  During PE, ear studs should either be removed or taped over.  (Please supply your own tape.)

Hair

Children must tie back hair that is shoulder-length or longer. Hair accessories should be in school colours (bottle green, grey, white or black).

Lost Property

Please label your child's clothes and shoes. Clearly-named lost property is returned to children. Unmarked lost property is collected in the Key Stage One cloakroom. While we will try to help trace lost items, children's possessions are their own responsibility.

Buying uniform

Sweatshirts, sweatshirt cardigans, t-shirts, polo shirts, baseball caps, waterproof fleeces, PE bags and book bags with the school emblem can be purchased at school. Download and print order forms here or collect a form from the School Office.
